Do i need to do an inspection for this type of cabin on South if it doesn’t have foundation but sits on blocks I’ve heard this could pass as RV how true is that, if i want to run solar panel grid, and hookup septic what things I should look into?
Last time I looked at the International Residential Building Code, limits the size of a structure to 120 sf before it is required to have a frost proof foundation. I think that is also the threshold for a building permit (ie inspections).

I don’t know what you mean by South, but where I am from it only counts as an RV if it is on wheels and has a factory built septic system. Anything that isn’t an RV, has to be inspected if it will have pressurized water or be a residence no matter how small it is.
