    It’s nice in these pics, a little less elegant with the red and yellow electricity cables out front, but it sold in 2015 as, effectively, land with rebuild permission for $5.6M.

    Owners are probably a little over-capitalised now with the build costs and COVID, but it’d probably go on the market for about $7.5, maybe, $8(ish)M now.
