If striving for reality, those stairs need railings
The only access to the living room is by hitting your head on the stairs.
Glass barriers may make for nice clear views, but they aren’t great as a mezzanine railing system, but for the sake of a rendering that’s not much of an issue. If it were me, I’d probably still want a metal railing on the top edge of that glass holding everything together, then you could lean on it comfortably.

The stairs are in the way. I’m so bothered by the idea of a random ass staircase messing with an otherwise open floor plan. You’d have to walk around them all the time.
