This is kind of cool and as always I’m a bit sad it’s gone, but what replaces is more than worthwhile, for sure.

That’s one thing I really liked when I was in Europe and miss in the US. Markets with lots of small vendors made it really easy to find very good quality food and eat healthy. I guess it probably wouldn’t work as well with the greater distances involved in the US though.
