Someone please tell me what is going on with the kid dressed as the devil. Is that a thing? Am I being tricked and this is not, infact, a picture of the castle? Is this person dressed up for Halloween? I’ve got many more questions here.

Castle fact: Cardiff castle was one of the many castles built by the Normans on top of an old Roman fort!
