Cairo Tower. In the 50s the CIA met with Nasser of Egypt in secret, and tried to bribe him to change his foreign policy. He took the money and ignored the request, then used the money built the Cairo Tower just across from the US Embassy. This led to the nickname ‘Roosevelt’s erection’
