   I love this combination of textures and colors, but it needs brightened up a bit with a nice area rug in umber maybe and some art on the bookshelf like colorful pottery or small sculptures.

    what a beautiful room. However, if I was going to spend that sort of money on something so elegant and complementary I would have extended the mirror right up to the ceiling, taking away the squared off top, which jars a bit with the rest of the ambience
