That looks pretty nice, but my god, these minimalist designers have strange concepts of practicality.
Who is that house made for? There are three bedrooms for six people in total, but no places to work and study aside from one tiny desk. One bedroom has nowhere to hang clothes, and in general there’s very little space for personal belongings ("Storage and function was the main driver for the design process"? O RLY?). It looks fit for an airbnb rental, but not for a family to actually live in.
At least the obligatory plant in the shower has enough light this time.
