    That is not a ballroom.

    The Grand Foyer is one of the places where people meet during the intermissions and before/after the performances, but they do not dance ; they discuss news/business deals, smoke(d), drink…

    Saying that it is a ballroom is even contradicting the original rules of the place, as women were not allowed in this specific foyer during the 19th Century.
