First off, those buildings are not located inside Paris, but slightly outside, in a town called Montigny-le-Bretonneux (les Arcades du Lac, Montigny-le-Bretonneux, by Ricardo Bofill).
Second, if you feel like you know the buildings, maybe you’re familiar with those you saw in Hunger Games (Rocardo Bofill’s Espaces d’Abraxas), which you could also have seen in Terry Gilliam’s Brasil
