Is it just me, or have they drastically raised the street level?

Perfectly good architecture ruined by those ugly soviet block buildings in the back

I used to think the world looked fresher in the 80s but fuck, sometimes the turn of 1900 seems to be about the peak, with a nod to the 50s

I kind of wish that stretch of land would just sink into the sea. Every chunk of its once flourishing culture is dead and in its current state it is just the sad corpse of one of the great European Nations. Even the reconstructed buildings lack a soul. It’s the saddest place in Europe. Ruhe in Frieden Preußen.

But are there still seven bridges? (Nerd alert… anyone who has sat through a couple semesters of discrete math will understand and has spent way too much time pondering those damned bridges).
