A historic grade II listed Victorian water tower converted into a single family home with 5.3m high full height sliding doors covering the cube extension, Kennington, London, UK [2880×4320]
I hate it. That boxy house looks so out of place with the Victorian architecture

I might be in minority….but I hate it. Wait that’s not entirely accurate.
I love the concept of turning this into a living space but loath the mishmash of materials and design styles they splooged onto it. It reminds me of that one interior decorator on that "decorate your neighbors space show" on HGTV that could ONLY do ‘shitty modern’ as a style and had no other settings.
The two elements separately I really really like. That modern living space the the ridiculously large door window is fantastic. But all of it tacked onto the Victorian brick tower just…. I mean look at the sad little hat.

Are there any links to see inside the tower portion? The large sliding doors are awesome.
