“Most old homes, or 80s/90s renovations, tend to be breezy, cold, and thermally inefficient.”
I think that’s just generally Australian homes… and the flipside is increasingly sealed up newer houses with black roof tiling, little to no green shade and surrounded by concrete seem to be almost entirely reliant on air conditioning to avoid becoming ovens in summer. And then can’t retain that heat well in winter because double glazing on the massive windows doesn’t seem to be terribly common!

Lovely warm bright. The cushions tho, solid color is an easy way out. I rather see prints. Overall, looks really good.
