The main feature of this project is how the existing Victorian townhouses were sensitively integrated into the new building. HP avoided making the new building feel overbearing on top of the older houses, almost like the new tower is on a totally different plot behind them.

This project is gorgeous! I love the round corners and pearlescent glass.
