    I don’t understand why they’re wrecking a taller newer structure then the shorter older ones surrounding it.

    It will be interesting to see how they demolish it. I imagine they’re going to have to take it apart from the top down.

    It’s a shame this building couldn’t get landmarked. Tearing it down doesn’t seem all that efficient to me.
