  2. The actual resolution of this image is 1024×1303, not 1023×1303. See [this](https://www.reddit.com/r/EarthPorn/wiki/index#wiki_resolution.3F_what_is_that_and_how_can_i_find_it.3F) page for information on how to find out what the resolution of an image is. If the resolution is smaller than you expected it is likely due to uploading from a mobile device causing automatic downscaling. If the resolution is inverted it is likely that the app you used to find the resolution doesn’t respect the [convention of using Width X Height format](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image_resolution#Pixel_resolution).
