    Church doesn’t look that old or impressive, houses actually look surprisingly good for a style that’s usually so god awful and unsymmetrical.

    Actually seems like an improvement overall, although an adaptive re-use would have been even better, to keep some sense of history/ layering in the city.

    Damn, they could’ve just converted the church into some bad ass lofts. Then the building is preserved and new apartments are created. Win+win!

    It wasn’t the prettiest church, but I can’t stand these new modern apartments popping up around Philly. These boxes are so hideous.
