The detail and reputation on this is insane, congratulations
They don’t make em like this anymore! Gorgeous articularion of the facade. Sullivan would be proud!
Very well done!! What an attractive building! If you don’t mind a little feedback I can make a few comments.
The overall massing and divisions of the building are well handled. While your individual windows have a nice vertical proportion, when you combine them into the two double window, they take on a horizontal proportion. It might be more pleasing if you were to maintain a vertical proportion throughout. This could be achieved in many ways, but one could be combining 4 windows instead of 2. (like your upper stories) This could also reduce the number of horizontal bands in the middle of your building which are reading more like a rusticated base than they are a shaft of a building. In fact, I might think about getting rid of the rustication in this area all together. It does make for a strong corner to the building, so I can appreciate the intent.
I also applaud your use of the doric order and triglyph frieze. If you wish to get very strict in it’s use, you would need to be sure to regulate it’s spacing so that their alignments work with the rest of the order below it. Typically the most satisfying metopes are square.
Now you need to add shadows on this puppy! [Darken your windows to give it a more real contrast. ](https://imgur.com/a/4GCnCf1)
Reminds me of the Fairmont Royal York in Toronto.
